Morehead State junior Jesse Moreno has been selected as the Ohio Valley Conference Male Runner of the Week after his first-place performance last week at the Queen City Invitational in Ohio.
Junior Jesse Moreno finished first among 240 runners to help the Morehead State men's cross country team to a third place finish Friday night at the 33rd annual Queen City Invitational at Kingswood Park.
The Morehead State men's and women's cross country teams are set to open their 2014 seasons Friday at the Queen City Invitational in Mason, Ohio. Races kick off at 5 p.m. ET at Kingswood Park.
